Subprocessors

In short

This page lists subprocessors Archiom Ltd uses to host, deliver, and improve our services. The Archiom Review Funnel WordPress plugin connects to Archiom Cloud (free tier included; paid Starter/Pro/Agency plans when available). Business data you add in WordPress is mirrored to your tenant on archiom.io (see our Privacy Policy). We will notify account holders of material changes. Contact [email protected] with questions.

Hosting & infrastructure

Amazon Web Services (AWS) — EC2 compute, SES email (failover), S3 backups. Regions: primarily US.
Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, DDoS protection for archiom.io.

Transactional email

Resend — outbound email for archiom.io notifications and (when enabled) cloud review requests.
Amazon SES — email failover for cloud tier.

Payments

Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing for Archiom cloud plans. Stripe processes payment card data; Archiom does not store full card numbers.

Messaging & AI (Pro / cloud features)

Telnyx — SMS delivery and inbound SMS parsing (Pro tier, when available).
OpenRouter — routes AI model requests for draft replies and message parsing (Pro tier, when available).

Changes

We review this list when onboarding a new subprocessor. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated last-modified date. Archiom Review Funnel users see cloud and subprocessor disclosure in the plugin readme (External services) and in wp-admin before completing setup. An optional "Powered by" credit on review surfaces is opt-in and off by default in the plugin.
