Deep Dive
Review Funnel began as an internal Archiom product to solve a problem we kept seeing across client work: businesses with great service but thin online reputation, simply because no one owned the review process.
Build a system that reliably asks the right customers at the right time, protects the public rating, and works for both standalone SaaS users and WordPress-based businesses — without per-client custom code.
Key decision: a single multi-tenant SaaS core with a thin WordPress plugin that syncs order events, rather than two separate products to maintain.
A multi-tenant Node.js backend exposes a REST API consumed by a React dashboard and the WordPress plugin. Review campaigns are event-driven, with scheduled jobs handling timing and resends.

}Tenant data is isolated at the row level, and the job queue scales horizontally so high-volume merchants don't affect others.
JWT-based auth, role-based access per tenant, and rate limiting on public endpoints. Customer data handling follows least-privilege access.
Read-heavy dashboard queries are cached in Redis; analytics are pre-aggregated so the dashboard stays fast as history grows.
Containerized with Docker, deployed on AWS behind Cloudflare, with CI/CD and monitoring for zero-downtime releases.
