By downloading, installing, or using Coulomb: Battery Health ("the app"), published by Archiom ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
We grant you a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the app, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
Use the app only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it other than through the interface we provide.
Coulomb: Battery Health is an Android utility that displays information about your device's battery, such as charge level, capacity, temperature, voltage, and cycle count. It runs on your device, and the data it works with stays on your device — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Battery readings are informational only and depend on what your device reports. They are not a substitute for professional diagnosis and should not be relied on for safety, warranty, or purchasing decisions.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any readings, calculations, or results it produces are accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archiom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
The app is provided free of charge; to the extent we have any liability, it will not exceed the amount you paid for the app — which is nothing.
The app is distributed through the Google Play Store, and your use is also subject to Google Play's terms. Where the app relies on Google components (such as Play services), your use of those components is subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
The app, including its name, design, and code, is owned by Archiom and protected by applicable laws. These terms grant you no rights in our trademarks or branding. Any content you create on your device remains yours.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive — disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — survive termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above and ship with the next app update. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
